Studios Xenia designs, produces and automates for companies that sell online and on WhatsApp. It was founded by Ronald Armas, a graphic designer specialized in brand guidelines and logos.

How we work

  1. Diagnosis. We review what you have today and where leads are slipping away.
  2. Proposal. Scope, timeline and price in writing, before we start.
  3. Production. You follow real work, with two rounds of changes per delivery.
  4. Launch and tracking. We publish, connect tracking and leave everything documented.

What you can hold us to

  • Prices in US dollars, excluding taxes.
  • Projects: 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
  • Monthly plans: paid in advance, with 10% off when paying 3 months of a social plan.
  • Ad spend, domain, hosting, payment gateway and Meta charges above the free quota are in the client's name.
  • Two rounds of changes per delivery.
  • We say when we use AI, and a person reviews every text and every piece before delivery.
  • We work remotely, in English or Spanish, with scope, timeline and price in writing before we start.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with companies outside Chile?

Yes. All work is remote, in English or Spanish, with prices in US dollars.

How long does a project take?

A logo takes 3 to 5 business days. A landing page, 7 to 10 business days. A corporate site, 3 to 4 weeks. A store, 4 to 6 weeks. A WhatsApp agent, 7 business days to 3 weeks depending on the type.

How does payment work?

For projects, 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Monthly plans are paid in advance.

Whose name are the domain and accounts in?

Yours: domain, hosting, ad account and payment gateway.

How many changes are included?

Two rounds of changes per delivery.

Do you use AI?

Yes, and we say so. Our content engine produces artwork with image models, and a person reviews every text and slide before delivery.

Does the WhatsApp agent use the official platform?

Yes, the official WhatsApp Business platform. Meta charges per message by country; each number gets 1,000 free service messages a month and anything above that is billed at Meta's cost, with no markup.
