How much social media management costs and what a monthly plan includes
Our plans cost US$190, US$290 and US$450 a month, with 8, 12 or 16 posts, reels, stories, campaigns and a report. Ad spend is paid separately, directly to Meta and in your name.
Comparing plans by number of posts is misleading. What matters is whether they include an approved calendar, ads and reporting, and what you pay separately.
| Plan | Impulse | Growth | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per month | US$190 | US$290 | US$450 |
| Posts | 8 | 12 | 16 |
| Reels | 2 | 4 | 8 |
| Stories | 12 | 20 | 30 |
| Campaigns | 1 | 2 | 4 |
What's paid separately
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and stays in your name. We manage the campaign; we don't handle your money.

What each plan includes besides posting
- Impulse: Business Suite, ad account and pixel setup, one campaign a month and a monthly report.
- Growth: a third network besides Instagram and Facebook, highlights, two campaigns a month, a report and a 30-minute call.
- Pro: up to 4 networks, replies to messages during business hours, four campaigns a month with weekly optimization, a report every 15 days and a monthly call.
How much to spend on ads
It depends on your area, your average ticket and your competitors, which is why it isn't part of the plan: you pay it directly to Meta. The healthy approach is to start with an amount you can sustain for three months, measure what each message or lead costs and only scale what works.
What you should get every month
- A calendar to approve before anything is posted.
- Artwork with your brand, not generic templates.
- A report that says how many messages and leads came in, not just how many likes.
- What changes next month and why.
Discount and add-ons
Paying three months in advance gets 10% off. An additional network costs US$30 a month, an additional reel US$20 and an additional carousel US$15.
When a plan isn't for you yet
If your brand isn't clear yet, the content will come out scattered. Sort out the logo, colours and tone first; the brand guidelines guide explains what you need.
